Before your home is listed for saleWe’ll work closely with your broker to make sure that your home looks better than others on the market, so that it sells quickly and at the highest price. We’ll help you sort through your belongings to downsize and declutter, selling what can be sold and donating what can be given to charitable organizations. To reduce the stress, it’s best to start the process as early as possible, ideally several months before your home will be listed for sale. We may suggest rearranging or even storing some of the furniture, and can offer other ideas for making your home as appealing as possible to a wide range of potential buyers.
After your home is soldOnce you have a buyer, we can obtain quotes from trusted moving companies, and professionally pack everything that will be going with you to your new home. We’ll oversee moving day, getting you unpacked and settled in so that by the end of Day 1, everything is in its place and all of the boxes and packing materials are gone. While you enjoy your new home, we can take care of clearing out your old home and getting it “broom clean” in time for a smooth closing.
